Division Mission Statement

Butler's Business, Technology, and Workforce Development (BTWD) Division, as part of the Learning College of Choice, will facilitate learning within the division programs and services that address the needs of South Central Kansas including:

- Preparing students for transfer to colleges and universities
- Preparing students for careers
- Providing incumbent workforce training and business consulting services
- Providing instruction in personal interest areas
- Developing student Learning PACT skills

The BTWD Division is a performance-based system that evaluates programs and services by documenting and evaluating student skills and knowledge and stakeholder satisfaction. This documentation and evaluation will be used to proactively meet changing student and stakeholder learning needs.
