When contacting us be sure to include your student ID number or the first five digits of your social security number. All documents received by 3:00 p.m. in our office will be posted the same day. Otherwise, the posting date will be the following business day. File completion is processed in date that the last required accurately completed document was received. Once our office has received all documents from you, it may take 4-6 weeks before an award is made - Start Early!

Documents are due in our office by July 1 for Fall; December 1 for Spring; and May 1 for Summer. Submitting documents by the due date will eliminate the need for a payment contract or payment by you provided you are eligible to receive federal assistance.
