The department of Fitness and Wellness provides you with the opportunity to learn the importance of living a healthy life.  You don't have to be an athlete or fitness major to enjoy the variety of activity classes available at Butler.  Our wide range of activity courses include: Fitness for Life, Muscle Pump, Zumba, Rock Climbing, Yoga, Turbo Kick, Karate, Fitness Circuit, Pilates and Aerobics.

For those interested in pursuing a career in Fitness & Wellness we offer degree programs for Fitness and Wellness Teacher Education K-12, Personal Training/Fitness Instructor, Athletic Training, and theory of coaching courses for football, basketball, track and field, baseball and soccer.  We also offer First Aid/CPR/AED certification through the American Red Cross.

The campuses of El Dorado and Andover both have fitness centers available on weekdays free to students, faculty and staff. Begin your journey to a healthier lifestyle today!
