Immunization Policy

To live in the residence halls, you are required to show documentation of the
following immunizations prior to move in date:

• 2 doses of the MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) Vaccine
• TDAP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) vaccine within the past 10 years
• Proof of Meningococcal ACWY Vaccine on or after your 16th birthday

Documentation of the immunizations should be submitted to BCC Health Services via:

All required immunizations are also available at BCC Health Services for a small fee

• MMR Vaccine-$20 per dose
• TDAP-$10
• Meningitis ACWY-$30

In order for you receive your room key at check-in, the above immunization records must be submitted to BCC Health Services or prior to check-in you must have scheduled an appointment at BCC Health Services for vaccine administration and prepay for the needed vaccines.
