About The College Butler Community College is a fully accredited institution offering two-year associate degree programs and one-year certificate programs. Many students choose to first attend a community college to complete their general education requirements before transferring to a four-year university or college to obtain a bachelor's degree. Others choose to complete a vocational or certificate program which may be completed in one or two years.

Our Area The main campus is located in El Dorado, Kansas, a town with a population of 12,000. Classes are also offered at several other community locations. Many students live in nearby Wichita (population 300,000) and enroll in classes at Andover (15K), Rose Hill (20K), Augusta (20K), and El Dorado (30K).
