Linking Articles in Online Databases to Your Courses
Do you have an article that you want your whole class to read? A persistent or permanent link is an internet address that allows you to directly link articles from the online databases into your Pipeline or Angel course. The link will never change so you can use it semester after semester. EBSCO, ProQuest, and InfoTrac/Gale are currently the only databases allowing the persistent links. |
The links are available from the article record. In EBSCO and ProQuest, the link is at the bottom of the article citation and before the abstract. |
| In InfoTrac/Gale, you must first click on Source Citation available in the article record. You will go to the bottom of the record where the persistent link is available to copy and paste.

After finding the persistent link, copy and paste the link into your My Courses in Pipeline or into your Angel course
