COURSE OBJECTIVES:
The primary objectives of College Band are the development of individual musicianship and personal growth. Emphasis is placed upon the acquisition of a sense of decorum and unified ensemble playing.

METHODS OF INSTRUCTION:
Methods of class instruction may include: rehearsal; audio-visual; class discussion; exercises in aural skills and music theory; attending live concert performances; and guest clinicians.

Telecourses: Independent study of audio/video
materials augmented by text and study guide; collaboration and participation
