COURSE DESCRIPTION:
MU155. Instrumental Workshop II. 1 hour credit. Prerequisite: Instrumental Workshop I (MU154). This class provides for sectional rehearsal of concert band repertoire for brass, woodwind, and percussion players. It also allows for master class presentations and performances for players in each of those instrument groups.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
The primary objective of Instrumental Workshop is to facilitate the refinement of performance repertoire for the Concert Band and to offer focused instruction in the unique aspects of brass, woodwind, and percussion's playing.

METHODS OF INSTRUCTION:
Methods of class instruction may include rehearsal; audio-visual; class discussion; attending live concert performances; guest clinicians.
