PCI Bids

Butler Community College apologizes for the technical difficulties with the website and email address.  Questions regarding Butler's PCI RFP must be submitted by Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 5:00 pm.  The deadline for the RFP has been extended to Friday, December 2, 2016 at 5 pm.  Please send proposals to bids@butlercc.edu.

Question 1: "We offer Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly PCI scanning. We also offer a Security Scanning Seal to go on the website with all 4 options of scanning. Which scanning option would you like pricing on and would you want the Security Scanning Seal as well? "(Trust Guard)

Answer: "Please send us options for monthly and quarterly PCI Scanning.  Also send us options for the security scanning seal."

Question 2: "Would you please clarify what you mean by providing price quote as well as a scope of work for the necessary consulting services?"

Answer: What Butler means by “a price quote and scope of work” is we would like for you to provide specific details with estimated pricing on what you could do to help Butler become PCI-DSS Compliant based upon what we have requested in the RFP.

Question 2a: “Does this mean you would like us to send pricing separately?”

Answer:  The Technical and Cost Proposals should be two different documents in your submission.  Within the Cost Proposal, please provide a brief summary with cost of the service you will provide to Butler.  The Technical Proposal should have more detail than the Cost Proposal.
