The Secretarial Management Center provides vital office support services for the college, its employees, and students, so that everyone can accomplish their objectives. Services include photocopying, mailings, database management, and courier service to other Butler sites. Faculty, staff and students are welcome to use the center. Come see us at the window today!

Hours of Operation
We are located on the El Dorado campus, 200 bldg. room 214. Our normal hours of operation are Monday – Thursday 7:30am to 7:30pm and Friday 7:30am to 5pm.
Summer semester hours are Monday & Tuesday 7:30am to 6:30pm and Wednesday – Friday 7:30am to 5pm. When school is not in session our hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.

The Secretarial Center is supervised by Amy Kerschner and assistant Scott Siemens. The Secretarial Center also employees 6 to 10 student employees.

Services
Photocopying, color photocopying 20¢ per side, processing USPS & campus incoming and outgoing mail, word processing, folding, fax, tabbing, folding/inserting, and USPS mailings.

Email work requests
Work orders can be sent to the Secretarial Center via e-mail (Amy Kerschner).
In the email, include all the details necessary to complete your job. Include date needed, color of paper, number of copies, account number etc. When complete we will place copies in your mailbox.
