Cummins Hall opened in August 2001. The new facility, which houses 130 students, features rooms that house two students that share a bathroom with an adjoining room. There are also some three person rooms that
have their own bathroom. A laundry facility that also has vending machines. The new hall has an elevator allowing special needs students access to the second floor featuring a walkway to the second floor of East Hall.
