Let us help you earn your associate degree while simultaneously earning your high school diploma by spending half a day at your high school and the other half at Butler's Rose Hill campus. You can prepare yourself for the construction industry and get a jump start on your college career and industry employment.

Graduates of the Construction Technology Pathway can:

  • Earn a two-year Associate of Applied Science degree
  • Transfer to a four-year construction program at Pitt State
  • Enter the workforce immediately with local construction companies

Taking advantage of this opportunity will benefit your student and place them far ahead of their classmates

A fall 2020 national survey by the Association of General Contractors (AGC) found that 55% of contractors in the Midwest and 59% in Kansas were seeking craft hands; from carpenters to operators to concrete workers.

“If we can get some young kids in here who are interested in the business and who want to be students of the business, the opportunities for them are astronomical on what they can do.” --Larry Weiss, senior vice president of construction operations for Martin Eby Construction, and AGC Workforce Development Committee Chairman.
