Registration & Information for Professional Development

Registration for Career Workforce & Education courses may be done online, through email or over the phone. As registrations are accepted on a first-made, first-confirmed basis, we encourage you to register early. 

Policy & Forms of Payment

Payment for individual program registrations may be made by check or credit card. Full payment is expected for individual enrollments 7 days prior to participation in the program.

Parking

All student parking on campus is free and does not require a pass unless you are a Dorm/Apartment resident.

Special Needs & Accommodations

Please advise our staff at the time of registration if you require special assistance or accommodations.

Refunds, Cancellations & Substitutions

If you need to cancel your registration, call Career Workforce & Education at 316.323.6118. A full refund will be made for classes canceled at least 7 days prior to the class date. A refund less a $20 processing fee will be given for classes canceled 2-6 days prior to class. No refund will be made for classes canceled less than 48 hours prior to class. Participants may substitute another individual at any time. We reserve the right to cancel activities that do not meet minimum enrollment levels or for other good cause. Full refunds will be issued if we cancel a class.

If you have a group to train, call 316.323.6118 to arrange a consultation. We'll be happy to meet with you to discuss how we can satisfy your company's training needs with our customized and contract services. Whether your employees are in Wichita, El Dorado, throughout Kansas or across the globe, training can be delivered online, at your location or ours.
