Executive Chef John Michael
Starting at the age of 12, John Michael has more than 20 years experience in the restaurant industry in London, North Carolina, New York, Virginia, Napa and Kansas. He has both an Associate and Bachelors degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, one of the foremost Culinary schools in the world, both with honors. Since coming to Wichita, Michael has been a tireless teacher and advocate of food and wine.
