This Pulitzer Prize-winning play is a delightfully fresh satire on America’s favorite pastime – politics. The story is as current as today’s headlines as it deals with a political outsider and presidential hopeful who is passionate about trying to unify the nation. But, he finds that secrets in the smoke-filled – or in today’s politically correct world – smoke-less, deal-making backroom give him more challenges than the problems he might face in the office he seeks.
