Butler Community College Theatre Department to present “Cotton Girls” at the college’s Black Box Theatre April 7, 8 and 9 at 7:30 p.m.

EL DORADO, Kan. – Butler’s Theatre department will perform three showings of Scott Tobin's 1992 play “Cotton Girls” in Butler’s Black Box theatre between Thursday, April 7 and Saturday, April 9. The show is suggested for mature audiences.  

The play follows three girls who get stuck at the top of a Ferris wheel on their graduation night in 1959. Under this bizarre and scary circumstance, Miss, Colleen, and Berry are forced to reflect on their lives and their connections to one another. 

The Butler Fine Arts Box Office is open 1 p.m. – 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Ticket reservations can be made by calling 316-322-3262 or in person at the 700 Building on Butler’s El Dorado campus. General admission is free, but seating is limited.
