How We Can Help You Fast:

  • Apprenticeships:  Butler Community College is an Apprenticeship Intermediary and a Related Training and Instruction (RTI) provider for the state of Kansas. We custom create and operate specialized apprenticeships for companies or can offer a single course as an RTI provider. We also work directly with individuals seeking to become an apprentice, making Butler the workforce development 'go to' in southcentral Kansas.

  • Technical Trade Assistance (TAA) Funding - Eligible displaced workers and veterans can earn industry-recognized skills and re-enter the workforce with certificates of completion and industry credentials. TAA-eligible programs available through Butler include: Culinary, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Fire Science, Database Administration, Digital Media, Interactive & 3D Technology, Software Development, Windows Administration, and Internetworking Management/Cyber Security.

  • Certificates and Certifications - Numerous certificates and certifications are offered in a variety of professions and industries, from healthcare and computer technologies to business administration, data analytics and web development.   • Corporate Training for Professionals and Businesses - Butler's Career and Workforce Education (formerly BETA) offers corporate training programs and services to help people and companies be more productive and more profitable. Career and Workforce Education has served South Central Kansas for more than 25 years through customized training and online professional credentialing offerings. Explore Career and Workforce Education's vast offerings; from SHRM and Fiber Optics Training to CDL Licensing, Excel and more.

It all starts with admissions.

In light of concerns of COVID-19 virus, you can take care of everything online. Apply for free online. When you’re ready to enroll, follow this link and request permission to be enrolled online. You are encouraged to visit with an advisor who can help you through it all. Call 316-218-6259 (Andover) or 316-322-3163 ( El Dorado)  to speak to an advisor during business hours. The schedule of courses is viewable online currently.
