Math Proficiency

Students in each semester will be required to demonstrate math competency in order to progress successfully on to the next semester. Students in all semesters are required to demonstrate this competency at the 90%. Students in any semester will not be allowed to pass medications until the appropriate math competency is demonstrated.

Pharmacology Proficiency

The student must demonstrate a pharmacology competency level of 75% within each semester course in order to progress within the program of nursing. Students are expected to apply the principles of pharmacology as they relate to specific course content. (Refer to course syllabi for specific course requirements. )
