Refine your culinary and pastry skills, learn the basics of culinary business and practice global cuisines. Learn to manage a food truck and keep your stations clean. Let us help you take your first step in a professional culinary setting. 

      Ready to learn industry skills needed for an entry-level position in culinary? From food truck operations to nutrition to event planning, our hands-on curriculum lets you explore the first steps into culinary arts. You practice pastry arts, sanitation, tourism customs and cuisines favorites. Learn the business side of the arts, such as budgeting, inventory and hospitality law.       Grizzlies on the Go

      The Grizzly Grub Food Truck

      The Grizzly Grub food truck is a fully operational extension of the Redler Institute. You can take a food truck certificate, giving you a hands-on experience serving delicious hot dishes to the Wichita metro area. We visit both the El Dorado and Andover campuses and the local community.
