Let us help you take your first step in a professional culinary setting.

    Ready to learn industry skills needed for an entry-level position in culinary? From food truck operations to nutrition to event planning, our hands-on curriculum lets you explore the first steps into culinary arts. You practice pastry arts, sanitation, tourism customs and cuisines favorites. Learn the business side of the arts, such as budgeting, inventory and hospitality law. Put on your chef's hat, sharpen your knives and slice into your career! 

    Certificate C Information

    Feel something great simmering on your culinary horizons? Learn industry standards like sanitation, nutrition and money management. Sift through food truck and event planning operations as you learn to carefully curate a menu. Explore global cuisines, kitchen designs and butchering techniques.     The Grizzly Grub Food Truck

    The Grizzly Grub food truck is currently being implemented into the Redler Institute curriculum via a food truck certificate pathway, with the goal of giving students a hands-on experience serving delicious hot dishes to the Wichita metro area. More info to come!
