Custodial Technician
Part-time/ 30 hours per week/ 4:30 - 10:30 (M-TH), 1:30 - 7:30 (FRI)

This part-time position is responsible for cleaning offices, hallways, stairwells, rest rooms, classrooms, maintenance areas and public areas. Each area will have specific duties to attend to. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be flexible in working routine in order to accommodate the many changes of college events. Must be able to work overtime and adapt to unscheduled activities. Must have knowledge of chemical products use and storage. Must be in good physical health and possess a valid driver's license. Ability to lift 50 lbs. without limitations required as well as knowledge of custodial duties, associated equipment and cleaning solvents. High school diploma or equivalent required. The applicant may be requested to authorize the College to procure a consumer report(s) for employment purposes.
Hourly rate of pay: $8.20. Benefits include paid leave, paid holidays, Butler tuition assistance and retirement plan participation.

English/Literature Instructor
Full-time/ 9 month contract

The full-time English/Literature Instructor will teach composition and literature courses. Prospective candidates must be skilled in a variety of instructional techniques and technologies, with a demonstrated commitment to student engagement and learning outcomes assessment. Teaching experience and Master's degree required. The applicant may be requested to authorize the
College to procure a consumer report(s) for employment purposes.
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience with range from $36,016 - $48,416. Full-time, 9 month contract with fringe benefits.
