Registration & Information for Professional Development
Registration for BETA courses may be done online, through email or over the phone. As registrations are accepted on a first-made, first-confirmed basis, we encourage you to register early.
Policy & Forms of PaymentPayment for individual program registrations may be made by check or credit card. Full payment is expected for individual enrollments 7 days prior to participation in the program.
ParkingWhen you register for a class that is held on a Butler campus, we'll send a temporary permit and parking instructions with your confirmation letter. It is easiest to access our training center if you park near the building's south entrance.
Special Needs & AccommodationsPlease advise our staff at the time of registration if you require special assistance or accommodations.
Refunds, Cancellations & Substitutions
If you need to cancel your registration, call BETA at 316.218.6118. A full refund will be made for classes canceled at least 7 days prior to the class date. A refund less a $20 processing fee will be given for classes canceled 2-6 days prior to class. No refund will be made for classes canceled less than 48 hours prior to class. Participants may substitute another individual at any time. We reserve the right to cancel activities that do not meet minimum enrollment levels or for other good cause. Full refunds will be issued if we cancel a class.
