Teachers: Please fill out this form for each of your auditioning students. If you would rather send an email with a recommendation letter for each student, please send it to vocalmusic@butlercc.edu.

Thank you for encouraging your students to audition for a Vocal Music scholarship at Butler Community College. In an attempt to fully assess the talent level and work ethic of all of our auditioning students, we ask music instructors to fill this form out before a student auditions.
