Automotive Technology at Butler

Get Under the Hood

Because of the small class sizes, you gain personalized training and individual attention. You learn to diagnose and repair vehicles, operate according to safety regulations, and quickly and accurately diagnose automobiles. Master instructors offer you in-depth knowledge in this interactive major where you are in the shop five days a week.

Whether you choose to get a nine-month certificate or a two-year degree, you can go straight to work in this in-demand field. You also have the opportunity to complete a paid internship at a local dealer. Students will spend two weeks at each dealership to complete an eight-week internship. Because this program does not teach with simulations, you are well-prepared to diagnose and repair vehicles anywhere in the nation. Open the door to a world of opportunities.
