Grant from Butler Foundation helps transform a room.

Two Butler Community College art students, Hunter Garrett, a graduate of Eisenhower High School in Goddard, and Shelby Robertson, a graduate of Northeast Magnet High School in Wichita, designed and painted a mural in a renovated classroom. The renovation was designed to engage students and includes new furniture, windows and carpeting. A grant from the Butler Foundation to the Humanities & Social Sciences Division paid for this project.
