Grades and Transcripts

Final Grades

Grades are delivered electronically to a designated high school representative from the Registrar's office. Grades are due the Monday after the end of the semester, and grade reports will usually be sent to the high school the next day. 
Students can access their final grades through My.ButlerCC on the "My Records" tile. 
*Final grades will not be released for students who have financial holds on their account. 

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial Transcripts can be accessed via My.ButlerCC. To get your Unofficial Transcript:

  1. Go to my.butlercc.edu
  2. Click on Student / Faculty / Staff
  3. Log in using your Butler username & password
  4. Click on the blue “My Records” tile
  5. Log in using your Butler username & password
  6. On the left‐hand side of the page click on Academic Transcript

Order Official Transcripts

Transcript ordering information can be found at the Registrar's page: https://www.butlercc.edu/info/200921/registrar/45/request-a-transcript

*Transcripts will not be released for students who have financial holds on their account.
