The security of student educational records is important to us. For this reason, the Registrar’s Office at Butler Community College utilizes Office 365 for electronic submission of documents. Visit butlercc.edu/registraruploads using your Butler login credentials to submit forms electronically.

If you are a former student and no longer have access to Butler credentials, the documents below can be submitted in person or by mail to one of our Registration Locations. If the submission is time sensitive and cannot be submitted in person or by mail, please contact the Registrar’s Office for assistance.
