Chef Luis M. Peña
Meet Chef Luis Peña of Butler’s Culinary Program. He has graduated from two of the country’s top culinary schools in both culinary and pastry arts. Chef Luis has experience in several New York City’s Michelin-starred restaurants. He brings the farm-to-table movement with fine dining and classical pastries together while focusing on the fundamentals of cooking.
