About the Ceremony

Thank you all for a successful commencement. Specific details for the Class of 2020 will be announced in the future...

Butler Community College Commencement at BG Products Veterans Sports Complex offers a beautiful setting allowing for the greatest number of attendees and will be held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, the ceremony may be postponed. Additionally, commencement exercises are streamed live on the Butler Community College YouTube channel.

Information about changes to Commencement activities or schedules will be announced on the website at butlercc.edu, on Butler’s Facebook and Twitter pages and a message will be sent to all graduates via text through the GrizzlySafe app and through email to graduates using the Butler email address and the email indicated on the graduation application.

Parking

Specific future parking details will be provided in the future.

Faculty/Staff are encouraged to park at the college and take a shuttle to the stadium.

Cap and Gown Information

A voucher to pick up your cap and gown will be mailed to you in April. Caps and gowns are available for pick-up at the bookstores in Andover or El Dorado prior to Book Buy Back. You must have your voucher with you to pick up your cap and gown.
