Career & Workforce Education Refund Policy

Refunds

All refund requests are subject to a $25 processing fee and potential material costs, excluding cases of Workforce class cancellations (e.g., due to weather, low enrollment, instructor illness, etc.).

  • A 100% refund (less $25) will be issued if a participant withdraws at least 7 business days before the scheduled class date.
  • No refund will be provided if a participant withdraws less than 7 business days before the scheduled class date and time.
  • Materials cannot be returned or refunded if they are unwrapped or opened.

Payment Policy:

Payment is a prerequisite for registration. Workforce offers the flexibility to invoice companies or individuals if using a credit card is not feasible. Payments can be made via POs, checks or money orders. For registration, please contact Workforce at 316.323.6118.

CDL Course Refund Policy:

To secure a place on the schedule for the CDL driving course:

  • Full payment is required.
  • Proof of successful completion of the following must be submitted:
    • Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration ELDT Report
    • DOT Physical Exam
    • CDL Learner's Permit
    • State Issued Driver's License.

Once the CDL course has been scheduled:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Rescheduling is not allowed after 30 days from the course date.

It's advisable for participants to carefully review and understand the refund policy before enrolling in any courses to avoid any misunderstandings or inconveniences.
